Blue Cheese Yogurt Dip (and Dressing!)

3/4 Cup nonfat Greek yogurt

1/4 Cup crumbled blue cheese

2 Tbs mayonnaise

1 small clove garlic, chopped

1 Tbs skim milk or buttermilk

Juice of 1/2 lemon

kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

 

Mix ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
