Angry Dijon Mustard and Honey Glazed Chicken Wings

We tried these wings last night. They were pretty good.

What you’ll need:

½ cup Dijon mustard

3/4 cup honey

1/4 cup olive oil

3 Tbsp lime juice

2 Tbsp lime zest

4 Tbsp chopped Serrano pepper

6 Tbsp chopped white onion

1 Tbsp garlic powder

Salt to taste

10 whole chicken wings, cleaned (or 20 wing-and-drummette pieces for easier sharing)

How to make it:

1. Mix all the ingredients (except the chicken) together to make a marinade. Season to taste with salt.

2. Coat the chicken in the marinade and refrigerate for at least one hour or up to overnight.

3. Preheat your oven to 450° F. Arrange the chicken on a sheet pan lined with aluminum foil.

4. Bake until the chicken wings begin to brown, about 20 minutes. Serves 6 as a game-day snack.
