The Dark Tower Series

I was disappointed a couple of months ago to here that Universal had passed on a movie and TV adaption of Stephen King’s Dark Tower series, but it appears Ron Howard is still on board to direct, although $45 million has been shaved off the budget. Anyway, here’s the link to the article I read this morning:

It’s good news to hear they haven’t killed the project entirely. I’ve only read four of the books, but I’ve loved them. And I have a friend who is a fanatic who will be very pleased to hear that the project is still in the works.

Looks like you’re new to the blogging world (or at least here at WordPress). Welcome. If you’re looking for other connections, although it can be a bit overwhelming at first, check out Book Blogs. You’ll also find me there. Have a good halloween.

    • Thanks for visiting Paul…I have a couple blogs over at blogger. I think you visited one of them:…I’m seeing what wordpress has to offer…How do you like it?

I’ve enjoyed WordPress. The only downside I see is not being able to use Google Friend Connect (unless you go through, where admittedly, you get more control over the site in general, but then you have to pay to host it). So far the free version of WordPress has worked just fine for me.

I’m sure I have been to your other blog (I’ll have to look and see). The Coffin Hop was a little crazy. How have you liked blogspot?
